And I've been so tired lately! So I got some Greek yogurt at Whole Foods last night. According to the nutrition information, it has 130 calories and 17 grams of protein, which is a LOT for that little calories. We usually try to have a protein-rich meal every other night when we plan out dinners for the week, but since I've been feeling like a steaming pile of horse shit the past three weeks, Husfriend has been in charge of the domesticity of the home. Therefore, not as much protein since his gourmet tendencies are limited to grilled cheese, spaghetti, and frozen Totino's pizza. Not to mention the disgusting juice/dirt build up on the carpet downstairs, lack of dusting, and crumbs all over the counter tops. I feel like I'll never get better in this pit of disgust.
